P1. Pizza Flour Blend - 350g Pouch
If you want gluten free pizza in your life that doesn't taste like the box the pizza came in, then you NEED this flour blend! Super easy to make, and with no waiting time for the dough to rise, it really is a quick, easy and tasty meal option...as long as you don't top with pineapple hehe.
This pizza dough is hydrated enough to give an open chewy crust, but not so hydrated that you can't launch it into your oven using your pizza peel.
You will need instant dry yeast, sugar, baking powder, apple cider vinegar, olive oil & water. Full instructions are on the packet.
Makes up to 640g of dough, enough for 2 x 28cm pizza bases.
