What We Do

Encourage the home production of real food & slow food without additives and preservatives.
Helping to counteract the rise of fast food and combat peoples dwindling interest in the food they eat and where it comes from.

We run Charcuterie classes for those wanting to learn how to make their own preservative free, all natural small goods at home.  We teach bacon, sausage, dry cured meat and salami making.  We also stock the original TublinĀ® range of dry age bags for steak and charcuterie.
