C1 - Charcuterie Class - The Breakfast Club - Bacon & Sausages in Matakohe
This is a hands on class where you will make your own bacon and sausages to take home. Two methods of bacon making are taught, wet and dry cured. The wet cure process will be demonstrated and then we will make dry cured bacon together and you will take this home with you.
