C6. Charcuterie Class - The Meatatarian - Bacon, Dry Cured Meat, Sausage & Salami
Dry Cured Bacon, Meat & Salami
This is a hands on class where you will be taught the process of curing whole muscle cuts of meat and put this into practice by making your own dry cured bacon as well as one other cut of meat to take home.
We will then make salami as a class to teach you the process and what you take home from this is a casing pack so you can make your own salami at home. You will receive full course notes with additional tried and tested recipes. Class also includes a Charcuterie platter to share for lunch, accompanied by a glass of wine or beer.
