Dry Cured Bacon, Two Whole Muscle Meats & Sausages

This is a hands on class where you will be taught the process of curing whole muscle cuts of meat and put this into practice by making your own dry cured bacon as well as two other cuts of meat to take home. After lunch we will make sausages which you will also take home. 

You will receive full course notes with additional tried and tested recipes. Class also includes a Charcuterie platter to share for lunch, accompanied by a glass of wine or beer.
