Have you ever wanted to make your own dry cured meat and salami but were put off by the cost and fuss of a traditional curing chamber setup? Then this class is for you! 
Learn to make traditional recipes but with a technique that enables you to cure your creations in a regular household refrigerator! You will be taught the process of curing whole muscle cuts of meat and put this into practice by making your own cured meat to take home. We will then make salami together and you will take home the essential supplies needed to make your own!
You will receive full course notes with additional tried and tested recipes for you to make at home.
Class also includes a Charcuterie platter to share for lunch.
