What We Do

Encourage the home production of artisan food products without additives and preservatives.

We provide you with the materials needed to create dry aged steak & dry cured meats in your own home refrigerator with our TublinĀ® range of dry age bags & Charcuterie Kits.

We also run hands on Charcuterie classes for those wanting to learn the skills needed to create their own all natural small goods at home. We teach bacon, sausage, dry cured meat and salami making.  

2024 will see the addition of a pizza & pasta making class as well. You can use the contact page to register your interest until this class is available in the shop.
